All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We don’t ship on non-business days or holidays.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed before 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the next business day.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. Shipping will be calculated in real time at checkout.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We'll accept returns for products that have not been used and are current styles/colors.   We’ll need to know the style name, size, and color. Once return eligibility is confirmed, you’ll be issued a Return Authorization and instructions for sending the item back to us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Credits may take up to five business days to post to your account once your item has been received. We'll notify you via email when your return has been processed.
